True Hearts Unite is looking for young people that are passionate about making a positive significant change to our country, our education and our streets.
We want you to inspire people to go out and make the difference we all desperately need in our country and the world.
Your Tasks
Create a video with the True Hearts Unite song in any form you choose!
Upload your video to Youtube.
Submit the link to your Youtube video at the bottom of this page, with your legal guardian.
Tell your friends.
If you win the competition you get £500 pounds!
The Rules
Create a video with the True Hearts Unite song in any form you choose!
- Any and all types of submissions will be considered (e.g: songs written to the instrumental, poems, freestyle football, artwork, having fun banging on pots and pans, etc.) There is no limit to your creativity so we’re not limiting you!
- The True Hearts Unite Song has to be playing in the background of the video or incorporated into your concept.
- Upload your video to YouTube with the prefix of the video title being ‘True Hearts Unite Competition Entry‘ (this is necessary) and submit it by copying the link for your YouTube video and pasting it into the submission box, with your Legal Guardians Consent.
The video that represents what True Hearts Unite stands for the most will be chosen as the winner of £500!

True Hearts Creative Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: ‘True Hearts Unite’ whose registered address is at: Apt/Suite 4101, Chynoweth House, Trevissome Park, Truro, TR4 8UN.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom from the age of 5 to 15 with their legal guardian’s consent. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. The competition will be run through Facebook, Instagram, True Hearts Unite’s Website, Youtube and through physical leaflets and posters.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be 30/06/2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Any and all types of submissions will be considered (e.g: songs written to the instrumental, poems, freestyle football, artwork, having fun banging on pots and pans, etc.)
The True Hearts Unite Song has to be playing in the background of the video or incorporated into your concept.
Upload your content to YouTube, with the prefix of the video title being ‘True Hearts Unite Competition Entry’ and submit it by copying the link for your YouTube video and pasting it into the submission box, on the webpage stated above, with the entrant’s Legal Guardians Consent.
The video that represents what True Hearts Unite stands for the most will be chosen as the winner.
If you are chosen as the winner of this competition we will reach out to you and your legal guardian and £500 will be given to your legal guardian on behalf of you through a means agreed by both parties (Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash).
10. By submitting your work to ‘True Hearts Unite’, you agree to grant an exclusive license for this creative work to ‘True Hearts Unite’ to be used for the promotion of ‘True Hearts Unite’ through the means of: future campaigns, videos, or any other promotional materials.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The prize is as follows: £500 to the winner selected by the panel of judges. The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
14. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
15. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date on the competition webpage.
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to ‘True Hearts Unite’ and not to any other party. 24. True Hearts Unite also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
